eCam Features
Overview
eCam generates the machining toolpaths and converts them into
gcode for
cnc machines.
To create a toolpath you need :
1) Select a toolpath strategy .
2) Define and associate a geometry to toolpath strategy
3) Select a tool and related cutting data parameters.
Depending on the purpose of the operations, different machining strategies can be selected.
Geometry can be
imported from 2D or 3D models.
2D geometry can be also created using
Fast Shape feature or with the basic
2D CAD editor.
