Coordinate List

If you need to define a profile from the coordinate end points, you can use the coordinate fast shape.

See this icon in the geometry menu.

Here the edit screen.

Simply insert coordinate in the last empty table row, like in excel file.

The initial point is defined by a black square in the viewport.

As soon you define new coordinate , the shape in the viewport will be update.

Fillet - Chamfer

In the chamfer/fillet column you can insert the final chamfer/fillet.

For FILLET input negative values.

For CHAMFER input positive values .

If you have a chamfer at 30 degrees, just insert 2x30 , see image below.

Arc movements

To input arc movements:

  • Click on the [Add Arc Movement] or
  • [Mouse Right Click] and click on [Switch Line To Arc] menu item.

The define the arc endpoints, and the additional arc properties in the box below the coordinate grid.

In this case is enough define the arc radius value to 35 , and enable "other arc" .

It will calculate the arc center points by itself.

In other cased you may define the arc center point.

Integrated trigonometric methods

The coordinate list shape has integrated trigonometric function to find missing dimension.

In the example below, I define a segment with a 90° angle.

Then in the next row I define a X30 , Z-15 and a angle of -45° . The methods will calculate the previous point position at X20 Z-10
