Chain selection

Profile edge selection

You can turn ON and OFF the chain selection by clicking on this button.

You can also switch the activation status by pressing the [CAPS - LOCK] button on the keyboard.

With [Chain Selection] turned OFF only the edge or 2D element under mouse cursor will selected , like this :

With [Chain Selection] turned ON , the software will create a chain with all the contiguous edges or 2D elements , starting from the element under the mouse cursor, like this :

Same hole selection

With the same logic is possible turn ON and OFF also the selection of holes and circle with the same radius.

Also in this case pressing the [Caps-Lock] keyboard button will switch the status of this selection mode.

Example with [same hole selection] turned OFF :

Only the clicked element will be selected .

Instead with [same hole selection] turned ON all the 2D arc , circles or cilyndrical faces with same radius of hovered entity will be selected.
